Charizard Celebrations Metal Card 004 from Miscellaneous Promos has a market value of £197 for an ungraded card in normal collector condition. It is based on completed sales, not asking prices. Graded as PSA 9 it is valued at £413. Condition, variant and language decide which price applies to your copy.
PSA 9: £413. A graded card is a different item from the same card in a binder, so never compare a PSA 9 price with an unprotected card. The figures are based on sales of graded copies.
